For product inquiries, please contact us and check the precautions and product information when applying for the A/S business trip service.
  • If the product is within the warranty period of the head office

    In the case of normal operation failure according to the instruction manual and operation method, it will be repaired free of charge. (within 1,000 hours)

  • In the event of a failure after the warranty period of the product has expired

    We will repair it at actual cost.

  • In the following cases, actual expenses are received even during the free warranty period.
